Senator Jon Tester Headlines Flathead Democratic Party Spring Dinner |

Senator Jon Tester is the special guest speaker at the Flathead Democratic Party’s Spring Dinner Saturday, March 20th at Kalispell’s Red Lion Inn.
Entertainment by nationally known singer and songwriter Rob Quist will also highlight the evening.
The event kicks off at 6:00 pm with a social hour providing an opportunity to meet and mingle with your fellow Democrats and candidates in this year’s election.
A multi-course dinner will be served at 7:00 pm.
A silent auction featuring a vast array of art, services, gourmet food and crafts round out the evening’s activities.
Tickets are $50 per person and will be available may be purchased at Wheaton’s in Kalispell, Art Fusion in Bigfork, The Wallflower in Columbia Falls, and Montana Coffee Traders in downtown Whitefish or by calling Nancy Fenner at 752-0298.
Prior to the dinner, a forum of candidates for state and local offices will be held at 4:00 pm in the Red Lion’s Fireside Room. Attend this free event to get answers to all your most pressing questions!

Over two dozen Flathead Democratic Party volunteers collected food for seven area food banks at five Flathead Valley supermarkets on November 14. The effort resulted in the distribution of close to 3,000 pounds of food to food banks in Lakeside, Bigfork, Kalispell, Evergreen, Whitefish and Columbia Falls. |

Democrats Mark Veterans Memorial Day By Planting Garden at Montana Veterans Home
The Flathead Democratic Party Community Service Committee celebrated Memorial weekend by planting seeds for two vegetable gardens and an on-going relationship at the Montana Veterans Home in Columbia Falls.
Volunteers Dianne Grove, Mona Charles, Theresa and John Conner, Mary Reckin, Mary Adams, and Mark and Marci Holston planted and will maintain the gardens throughout the growing season.
They will also help the vets harvest their bounty that includes several varieties of lettuce, carrots, bush beans, squash, radishes, and onions. |
